Q. What is Birthdays Etc.?
A. Birthdays Etc. was established in 1993. We provide surprise lawn decorations for all occasions. The display is delivered discreetly at night time or when the recipient is not at home. Our displays consists of a 3' by 5' sign with your custom message or one of our many popular phrases. We complete the display with a yard full of display items that will make any occasion one to remember.
Q. Do you just celebrate birthdays?
A. No, we celebrate many occasions besides birthdays. Other popular events are anniversaries, housewarming, new births, political, thank yous, retirements, and graduations.
Q. How much does a Birthdays Etc. display cost?
A. Prices are determined by distance traveled from our home office and the display you order.
Q. When do you deliver and pick up the displays?
A. We deliver the displays between 10 p.m. the night before and 6 a.m. on the delivery day. Other delivery times can be arranged. We pick up the displays after 9 p.m. on the delivery day. Later pickups can be arranged. The display can be set up for additional days for a minimal extra charge.
Q. Is a message sign included with my display?
A. Yes, a 3 feet wide by 5 feet tall sign is included with your display. The sign has 4 lines for your message, and each line can hold about 12 letters and spaces. We have many popular phrases to choose from, or you can create your own phrase.
Q. How many items are included with my display?
A. The number of lawn ornaments depends on the size of each item. We use about 50 pieces for smaller items, 30 to 40 pieces for medium items and 20 pieces for larger items
Q. How far in advance should I plan my Lawn Display?
A. Normally we would like a week's notice but we can do a display even with only a couple of days notice. We can deliver a display the same day but a small service charge may apply.
Q. What is your delivery area?
A. We deliver in 7 different counties. We deliver to Lake, Geauga, Cuyahoga, Summit, Ashtabula, Portage and Trumbull Counties.
Q. Do you deliver every day of the week?
A. Yes, 7 days, 365 days a year.
Q. Can I combine items to customize my display?
A. Yes, you can design any combination you can imagine. We have listed a few of our most popular combinations. Additional fees may apply.
Q. Can I purchase one of the display items?
A. Yes, we do have some items for sale. Please contact us for the current inventory. We are able to special order items that are not currently in stock.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Refunds will be issued if the order is cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery. A store credit will be issued if the order is cancelled 24 hours or less prior to delivery.
